Susan Ament
Susan D. Ament is a partner in the personal injury group in the Broom Street office in Wilmington, Delaware. She concentrates on plaintiff's personal injury litigation in Delaware. Mrs. Ament received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware in 1979 and a J.D. degree from the Widener University School of Law in 1982.
Mrs. Ament is a member of the St. Thomas More Society (President, 1994-1995), the Delaware State Bar Association (Nominating Committee 1999-2001; Fee Dispute Committee Chairperson, 1991-1994; and Medical/Legal Committee (Co-Chair, 1989-1990), the American and Delaware Trial Lawyers' Associations, and is a mediator for the State of Delaware Superior Court. She is a former member of the State of Delaware Board of Bar Examiners (1994-1997), State of Delaware Industrial Accident Board Rules Committee, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the National Health Lawyers Association.
Mrs. Ament currently serves as a board member of the Delaware Bar Foundation, The Catholic Diocese Foundation and the Corporate Board of Catholic Ministry to the Elderly. She is a former board member of The Little Italy Neighborhood Association phase II and the University & Whist Club. She is past president of the Board of Directors of the Bayard House and an Honorary Member of the Phillippine-American Association of Delaware.
Mrs. Ament is a Foster Parent for the State of Delaware and serves as a Guardian Ad Litem through the Office of the Child Advocate for the Family Court of Delaware.

Keith E. Donovan's practice focuses on personal injury and insurance cases. He is a partner in the personal injury group in the Dover, Delaware office. Born in Lewes, Delaware in 1966, Mr. Donovan was admitted to the Delaware State Bar in 1991. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 1988, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Widener University School of Law in 1991.
Mr. Donovan is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Defense Counsel of Delaware. He is a speaker on automobile insurance issues and on trial techniques and strategies. |

Kevin G. Healy is a founding member of the Morris James Personal Injury Group, and the recipient of The News Journal Readers' Choice Award for Delaware's Best Lawyer (1st place) for 2001 and 2002. Mr. Healy is the author of PIP Tips, a bi-monthly publication offering the medical community helpful advice regarding Delaware's no-fault insurance law.
From 2000-2002, Mr. Healy was a featured panelist at The National Business Institute's annual seminar, "Trying the Automobile Injury Case in Delaware," and chaired the Delaware Trial Lawyer Association's 2002 Winter Seminar, "What's Hot in Civil Litigation."
Mr. Healy received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Delaware in 1981, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Widener University School of Law in 1986, receiving the American Jurisprudence award for constitutional law. Mr. Healy is admitted to practice before the Delaware and Pennsylvania Supreme Courts, the United States District Courts for the Districts of Delaware, and New Jersey, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Memberships include the Delaware Trial Lawyers' Association, and the American Trial Lawyers' Association. |

Francis ("Pete") J. Jones, Jr.
Francis ("Pete") J. Jones, Jr.'s practice focuses upon plaintiff's personal injury cases. Mr. Jones has been active in a number of significant cases establishing precedent in these areas including: Frank v. Horizon Insurance Company, Del. Supr., 553 A.2d 1199; Hurst v. Nationwide Insurance Company, Del. Supr., 652 A.2d 10 (1995); McCall v. Villa Pizza, Del. Supr., 636 A.2d 912 (1994); Bell v. Halfen, Del. Supr., 493 A.2d 304 (1985); Porter v. Delmarva, et al., Del. Supr., 547 A.2d 124 (1988); Trabaudo v. Kenton Ruritan Club, Del. Super., 517 A.2d 706 (1986). Mr. Jones is a frequent speaker on tort and insurance issues and on trial techniques and strategies. In the area of alternative dispute resolution, he is frequently selected as an arbitrator and/or mediator.
Born in Wilmington, Delaware in 1957, Mr. Jones is admitted to the Delaware State Bar and the Maryland State Bar. He received his education at the Catholic University of America (B.A. 1979; J.D. 1982). He is a former law clerk to The Honorable John J. McNeilly, Associate Justice, Supreme Court of Delaware (1982/83). Mr. Jones is a member of the Delaware State and American Bar Associations. He is an associate member of the Defense Research Institute, Defense Counsel of Delaware and is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
He is a former Governor of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and a former Associate Member of the Delaware Board of Bar Examiners. He is presently an Associate Trustee of the Delaware Supreme Court's Client Security Trust Fund. Mr. Jones is a member of the Board of the Delaware Law Related Education Program and Chair of the High School Mock Trial Committee. He is also a member and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the National High School Mock Trial Program.
