Attorney Mike Owen recently spoke at the May 2, 2018, Delaware State Bar Association, Workers Compensation Section Seminar, on the topic, “Road Trip:” Issues in Scope and Course.
Mike works with clients in our Broom Street (New Castle County) and Dover (Kent Count) offices. He is a civil litigation attorney whose practice focuses on personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. He has a wide array of experience handling matters through all stages of litigation including trials before State Court and hearings before the Delaware’s Industrial Accident Board. Mike has also been selected by his peers as arbitrator in personal injury matters.
