Partner Matthew Fogg is among the scheduled presenters at the Workers' Compensation Winter seminar on January 19th, 2021. Matt will share his personal and professional perspectives on bad faith litigation in workers' compensation. The Worker’s Compensation Section of the Delaware State Bar Association is sponsoring the webinar.
The Workers' Compensation Winter Seminar will also discuss recent developments in Delaware case law, petitions for review, contractor and subcontractor issues, shifting liabilities and a keynote speech by Cerron Cade, Secretary of Labor, State of Delaware.
